Interested in Applicants Criminal History? Steer Clear. . . and “Ban the Box”

I finally decided on a great, interesting blog topic – and one that I get questions about often: Asking about applicants’ criminal history. And then I remembered why I thought it was such a great, interesting blog topic: because one of my favorite employment lawyers already wrote about it.
